If you're unable to make the away game at Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday afternoon in Coca-Cola League One, why not discuss the game right here as Tranmere look to build on the hugely important away win at Oldham last Saturday as they push for the play-offs. Article Header - Match Discussion

At Total Tranmere, we always like to take note of feedback from the users of the site and respond to it in the best way we can.  One thing we have picked up on more recently is that after Tranmere games there seem to be a lot of different threads that get started about the same game.

As a result of this feedback, from now on we will be providing Match Discussion Threads for every occasion when Tranmere play.

Tranmere are of course playing away at Brighton and Hove Albion today at the Withdean Stadium in Coca-Cola League One so if you're not going to the game, why not join in the banter right here while the game is going on and even discuss the team news and build up to the game beforehand too?

Maybe if you have a friend or family member texting you from the game you can post their views here for others to see as the game progresses.  Or why not post the line-ups or anything else you can think of.

You could also use this thread to discuss other interesting scores in League One as well as discussing this game afterwards if you have been along to the game.

What you discuss below is up to you but hopefully it can all be focused on one thread to make it easier for everyone to use.

Good point on the road. Since our away form is so poor i'm happy with a point three would be nice but a point is a good pointthumbs down

Pleased with a point, still well in that play-off race and loving it. Results could have gone A LOT better though else where, but who cares. We're still in there

As said above a good point particularly as it could have all gone so wrong based on the first half.

By the 10th minute or so they had registered at least 8 chances to our none and had already had a number of corners but as the game went on we got the ball down well at times but just couldn't break down a team that to be fair looked poor and likely to be relegated as their position suggests.

In those opening exchanges, we looked like strangers at the back as a group but assessing each defender over the 90 minutes, the performances we decent from all including Edds at right back and Cressa at left back.

Kay had a very quiet game and Savage and Moore did very little in the first half. Many will be unsurprised to hear that Sonko wasn't all that effective on the wing but once again Barnett did well and was a contender for Man of the Match (although I've given it the excellent as ever Ben Chorley).

Coyne was good in goal and made a terrific save (possibly of the season?) in the first half to keep the home side at bay.

Another great (or should that be Cushty) day out in Brighton with more great moments including the great escalator race, me and Rich both falling over, Dani trying to for ten minutes to blag is way into the Pub and of course the friendly as ever staff and Stewards at the Withdean.

Full reports and snippets to follow later.
