appointed joint-Assistant Manager along with Mikey Burrows, Rich has been a
loyal servant since joining the squad back in January 2007, rarely missing a
training session or a competitive match. Able
to play at both centre-back and left-back as well as the centre of midfield,
Rich brings versatility to the side and his respect within the squad has
recently earned him the role of matchday captain after intitially being
