Carling Cup First Round at KC Stadium

Capacity – 25,504 (All Seated)

 

Away Stand Facilities - Up to 4,000 visiting fans can be housed in the North Stand which is a covered and all-seated area behind one of the goals. 

 

THE ENTIRE STADIUM IS ALSO A DESIGNATED NO SMOKING AREA.

 

Food and Drink – As the Stadium is relatively new the catering facilities inside the Stadium itself are pretty good.  The usual Burgers and Pies are available on the Stadium concourse and alcohol is also available.

 

There are also a number of Pubs within a short distance of the Stadium but generally these tend to be home fans only so the City Centre, which a slightly longer walk from the Stadium is the best bet for visiting supporters wanting a drink.

Car Parking

 

There is a large Car Park at the Stadium for use by both home and away fans at a cost of £3.00 per car although it can take a while to get out of the Car Park at the end of the match.

 

Alternatively there is a Park and Ride facility for use by both home and away supporters which is signposted off the A63  and there are also a number of Town Centre Car Parks.

 

By Road

 

From the West:

§          Exit the M62 at Junction 38 and head towards Hull on the A63.  The Stadium will be signposted from the A63 after a short time.

§          After heading through the City Centre, leave the A63 (signposted KC Stadium) and then at the roundabout, take the second exit.

§          At the traffic lights, turn left and then after crossing the flyover, turn right at the next set of lights and the Stadium is on the right hand side of the road.

 

From the North:

§         At the Humber Bridge roundabout, take the first exit onto Boothferry Road and remain on this road for around 3 miles when the Stadium will be on the left hand side. 

 

By Rail

 

The KC Stadium is around a 15 minute walk from Hull Paragon Station.  Exit the station to the South and turn right onto Anlaby Road and the Stadium is down this road after about 15 minutes of walking.

 

**Rovers Fans should also note that due to the Evening Kick-Off for this game, no train would return to Liverpool or Chester until the following morning so if you are travelling by train, an overnight stay is probably required**
