The FA are really having a laugh at the expense of Chelsea Football Club recently but today's draw against Liverpool and the announced venue of Old Trafford really brings up the biggest laugh of all.
Credit where credit is due the FA's draw appeared to be without conspiracy and without disrepect to West Ham, Charlton or Middlesbrough everybody's favourite final is not going to happen. Old 'kin' Trafford - Manchester a 200 mile trek for the supporters of the boys in blue whereas if you are a 'Pool' fan, there is nothing more than a 40 mile single journey. So. Taking into account a match ticket for one person, travel, food and drink plus match programme you have got to be looking in excess of a 'oner', for those not familiar with a 'oner' we are looking at a ton, you know £100 and that is for one person. Initial calculations for me and 18 Years a Blue is at least £150 and to add insult to injury the game kicks off at 5.15pm on Saturday 22 April 2006. Cheers FA. No wonder you're called the FA, you know FCUK ALL and you have proved how much you HATE Chelsea Football Club, Chelsea's Fans at all that Chelsea Football Club stands for. UP YOURS!! COME ON CHELSEA!! 40 YEARS A BLUE!
