Unhappy Chelsea defender William Gallas has revealed he is a transfer target for Barcelona. The Frenchman has publicly declared his frustration at being played at left back by Jose Mourinho instead of his favoured centre-back position, and the Catalan giants are tracking the situation.

"Yes, Barcelona want to sign me," admitted the 27-year-old, who has been unable to break the first-choice central partnership of John Terry and Ricardo Carvalho at the Premiership champions-elect.

The France international, though, is thought to want talks with Mourinho before making plans for the future.

He added: "I am sacrificing myself for the team. Of course I know that with the injuries to [Wayne] Bridge and Paulo Ferreira, the coach doesn't many other options at the moment other than making me play on the left, so I accept it for the moment. I repeat that it is becoming very difficult for me because at the end of each match I don't feel I have given all I can. I will continue in this position until the end of the season but then we have to clear things up. I don't like playing left-back. I am not at ease there. I am not at the top of my game and that has to change sooner or later. I'm fed up."

You may not like playing at left back Bill, but you are doing a dammed fine job.

PSV Eindhoven coach Guus Hiddink has admitted he will give thought to the possibility of bringing Mateja Kezman back to the Champions League semi-finalists.

The Serbia and Montenegro striker moved to Chelsea from PSV for £5million last summer but has spent most of his time on the substitutes' bench.

Kezman, 26, has said he would be interested in returning to the Philips Stadion and, while Hiddink believes the matter should be given further consideration, he also hinted the hitman was speaking out of frustration.

"I am not saying it is not an option to approach Mateja, but it is first a question of clear thinking by all parties," he said.

"Of course, we know Kezman very well. He has enormous energy and he cannot let it loose at Chelsea at the moment.

"Therefore it is very tempting to immediately look towards the club where he had big success.

"I also don't know if it will be wise to let Kezman play at PSV again, but it won't hurt to think about it." Kezman reportedly said that PSV is in his heart.

For PSV, Kezman scored 105 goals in 122 Eredivisie matches but with Chelsea he has only managed four in 25 appearances (most from the bench of course). He did score in the Carling Cup final and the Chelsea fans do LOVE him..
