There are so many quirks in professional football, a game that we love so much, and today is no exception. Man Utd come to town, Fernando Torres still has to score his first goal for Chelsea and we remember the passing of the King of Stamford, Peter Osgood who sadly passed away five years ago attending the funeral of a family member.
Of all the teams for Chelsea to be playing - Man Utd - on the anniversary of the King's death.
Extraordinary!!! - The fixture list computer couldn't have programmed this meeting on such an emotional day.
Can you remember where you were and what you were doing when the news broke of the King's passing?
I can.
I can remember it as if it was yesterday.

But we move on and I believe destiny will be with Fernando Torres, our new No.9.
I believe he will score and he is destined to get his first goal at The Shed End where the King's ashes are interred beneath the penalty spot then once 'he gets one, he'll get more!?
I believe tonight will be made for him and I believe we will see the 'real' Torres stand-up and give Vidic, in particular, a torrid time, like he has done in the past.
I believe his performance in Copenhagen last week was his stepping stone to tonight and for the rest of the season.
There really isn't anymore to be said, except for.........
COME ON CHELSEA!!!!!!!
