Pots and Pans Pt 2 (If you can bear it!)

MORE POTS!

April 5 2007

So, where am I now? On the 30th April, the league would now look like this: Man Utd 83 Chelsea 81 Arsenal 66 Liverpool 65 Bolton 56 Everton 50 Spurs 50 Reading 50 Portsmouth 47

Chelsea v Man Utd FA Cup Final

Chelsea and Spurs STILL in Europe.

PREMIER LEAGUE - Saturday, 5 May 2007

Everton at home to Portsmouth – an Everton win, Liverpool win away to Fulham, Reading against a Watford playing for pride – a draw and West Ham a kick up the backside win against Bolton.

The Manchester derby will be a United win in very controversial circumstances.

PREMIER LEAGUE  Sunday, 06 May 2007

Chelsea are away to Arsenal;  Arsenal will want to win this one above all others and won’t want their first league defeat at the Emirates against us and they would just LOVE to stop us winning the league as we are rapidly taking over their mantle as their most hated club.  I’m expecting a VERY controversial match.

We’d do well to get a draw and the ref will almost certainly be on their side so that the FA can redress the balance after the Carling Cup final fines.  If we are leading with 10 mins or so to go, I won’t be surprised if their players lose it again in which case we could win it – BUT I’m saying a draw.

PREMIER LEAGUE  Monday, 07 May 2007

Charlton v Tottenham – Spurs to pull out all the stops for UEFA – away win.

PREMIER LEAGUE  Wednesday, 09 May 2007

The big one!  Chelsea v Man Utd.  We will win this one!

PREMIER LEAGUE  Thursday, 10 May 2007

Tottenham v Blackburn – a home win.

PREMIER LEAGUE  Sunday, 13 May 2007

Blackburn v Reading – a nothing to play for Blackburn with a poor attendance means a Reading away win.  Liverpool v Charlton a shock draw, Bolton v Aston Villa a home win, Spurs against City a home win, Chelsea to beat Everton at the Bridge, Man Utd to thrash West Ham and Portsmouth dejected about not reaching UEFA to lose against an Arsenal looking to clinch that 3rd place.

So, the league would finish something like this:

Man Utd                    89

Chelsea                    88

Arsenal                     72

Liverpool                  69

Bolton                       59

Spurs                        56

Reading                    54

Everton                     53

Portsmouth             49

FA CUP FINAL  Saturday, May 19 2007

Chelsea to win in extra time in a classic cup final at the new Wembley!

UEFA Cup Final  16 May 2007

Spurs to win!

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL  23 MAY
