Stan returns to Turf Moor!

Former gaffer Stan Ternent will make a return to Turf Moor later this month - but at the cricket club! The Lancashire Evening Telegraph reports that 'An Evening With Stan Ternent'  is planned and should promise "a night of revelations and anecdotes with the former Clarets manager, who left Turf Moor after six years."

Tickets for the event, which takes place on Friday, July 30, are now on sale at the club priced £5, including supper.

Leicester get experience:

Leicester City have seemingly ended their search for a second keeper to Ian Walker today, after Kevin Pressman (36) signed on a one year contract. Directly this should mean little to Burnley fans, but strong rumours are that Pressman has been signed to replace Danny Coyne, who may well be the clarets mystery signing. Watch this space!

Youth/Reserve Fixtures released:

Youth Alliance and Pontins Reserve League Fixtures has been announced today. Next season the reserves will play teams like Rochdale, Carlisle and Chester, but also a team from Manchester United.
