Over the last few months the whole of Sportnetwork has been working furiously to bring out a new, slicker design for all its member websites. Finally on April 6th 2004 it is here!

The new design is slicker than the old and we believe easier to read. We have brought out numerous  and often unique new features, new graphics will be arriving and our messageboard is now more advanced than ever before. Equally you can get your very own network profile and subscribe to the website's weekly newsletter etc, etc.

You may also have realised that our name has changed. We have decided to drop the "r" and are now called: "The Longside" - unofficial Burnley FC website. Equally you can get to us by typing in the address: www.thelongside.co.uk --> this cuts down ad's and is a little more simplistic. (Why not favourite us?)

Of course over the next week there may be the odd bug, and some content has not yet been uploaded, but keep checking back for more news, more often. Equally we hope to develop features that interact with you, the fan.

We all share a love of Burnley Football Club, we hope through this website we can give you something extra.
