Farke Takes The Monchengladbach Job

Daniel Farke has taken the Head Coach role at Borussia Monchengladbach, where Burnley target Vincent Kompany was recently linked.

 The ex-Norwich City boss, who had attracted interest from Blackburn Rovers, has opted for a move back to his home country in the Bundesliga. Vincent Kompany's move to the Clarets remains on track and with news of Gladbach hiring a successor to Adi Hutter, following interest in the former Manchester City man themselves, all roads lead to Turf Moor.

 Farke has signed a deal until 2025 with Gladbach who finished a disappointing 10th place in the Bundesliga last season. Kompany recently left his role at Anderlecht and a move to Burnley, closer to his family who are based in Manchester, is expected to go through before long.
