Clarets Friendly At Stanley Called Off

The Clarets scheduled pre-season friendly at Accrington Stanley has been postponed.

The game was due to be played on Wednesday 18th July as a testimonial for former long serving assistant manager Jimmy Bell.

Surely they could still hold the game at Gawthorpe or Crowood or somewhere? Is a 90 min run out not more important than where's it's played?!

The game was a testimonial for Jimmy Bell so it would have to be played at Accy. Maybe it's not that important for Eddie's pre-season planning and he's not that upset it's been called off.
