Ross Wallace scored his first goal in a Burnley shirt as the Clarets strolled to a comfortable win in their opening pre-season friendly at Bury.

Wallace took just 33 minutes to make his mark following his recent arrival from Preston as he put Burnley ahead at Gigg Lane.

Steven Thompson doubled the lead and Chris Eagles added a cheeky third late on as boss Brian Laws gave all his available players a run-out.
