There are rumours that Svetoslav Todorov of Portsmouth and Jason Brown of Gillingham are set to join us. However, the shocking sacking of Steve Claridge may have blown our chances of landing the Bulgarian striker. Both players would be good signings. Brown definitely wants to join us and that may have been why he didn't play against us in a recent friendly.

Todorov could score the goals to keep us up. Yes, that's the best we can hope for with all this drama behind the scenes going on.

Christ, even Dave Livermore wants to leave now! If he goes that means we will have lost 7 first teamers since the end of last season 1) Stack, 2) Muscat 3)Wise 4)Ward 5) Ifill and 6) Sweeney. Anyone else I missed?
