83% of Newcastle United fans want a fans representative on the board, Millwall fans probably want the same. After a disappointing season and departures of key players, the Lions need to do something to restore harmony. Supporters are not just mushrooms who should be left in the dark and fed the proverbial smelly stuff.

Now that "Fan Friendly" Jeff Burnige is the new chairman, he should allow a fan to be elected on to the board.

It would be a superb bit of PR and also seems to be the way forward, as more and more clubs are getting fans involved in the running of their clubs.
