Martin "Mad Dog" Allen is favourite to succeed Wise, according to reports. It may not be a universally popular decision, given his West Ham background, but he's done well with the Brentford. The only thing is the "Nylons" are a very different proposition to Millwall. If Mad Dog does take over, I won't be be expecting him to succeed.

It's going to be a tough job for whoever comes in, but anyone with West Ham connections has a distinct disadvantage.
