Midlands‘ accountants and business advisory firm Smith Cooper is extending its association with Birmingham and Solihull Rugby Club, by supporting the launch of a new business and networking club.
The Birmingham and Solihull Rugby “Bees Business Club” will operate throughout the forthcoming 2012/2013 season and will see local businesses and rugby working together in order to facilitate stronger professional links, business referral opportunities and networking.
The Bees‘ are hoping to secure interest from a wide range of business specialisms, with all companies that join the group invited to business lunches with special guest speakers and the chance to network with a variety of other companies. So far, well-known names such as Jobson James and Heritage IFA have signed up.
Smith Cooper has acted as sponsors for Birmingham and Solihull Bees for the past three years, and will work closely with the Bees’ in this initiative to facilitate contract opportunities, business networking and business engagement.
