The Bees are Relegated

The Pertemp Bees have finally come to the end of the road and been relegated to National Division 2 The official word from the RFU is listed below ' Rugby Football Union competitions appeal panel tonight dismissed an appeal by Pertemps Bees against the award of points from their National League One game against Cornish Pirates in January

First Division Rugby deducted Cornish Pirates three of the four points they took from the victory after they were found to be in breach of league regulations on the implementation of uncontested scrums.
Pertemps Bees' claim to be awarded three additional points was rejected by the appeal panel.
The appeal panel comprised Robert Horner (chairman), Rick Charles and David Hurst. The hearing was held at the London Bloomsbury Holiday Inn Hotel.
