The confirmed departures include former Coventry, Gloucester and Caerphilly centre Mike Davies, ex-England winger Tom Beim and Cook Islands flanker Tu Tamarua, who arived at Sharmans Cross Road from Rotherham 12 months ago.
The others to be released are scrum-half Paul Knight, who has joined Moseley, prop Andrew Le Chevalier, former Coventry and Worcester prop Adrian Olver, fly-half Tim Walsh, who has signed for Newbury, flanker Duncan White, scrum-half Ben Williams and hooker Liam Wordley.
They depart Sharmans Cross Road along with winger Nick Baxter, who has joined Stourbridge in National Two, and lock and former captain Ed Orgee who has signed a full-time contract with French club La Rochelle.

Alan Birks CBE, the principal of South Birmingham College, has been appointed a director of Pertemps Bees.
Birks was unanimously elected to the National League One club's board at a meeting last night and will have an active role to play in the club's future.
Birks, who has already overseen the expansion of South Birmingham College, has been instrumental in setting up a pioneering sports academy involving the college, Pertemps Bees, Birmingham City Football Club and Warwickshire County Cricket Club.
The academy offers youngsters the chance to train in a professional sports environment and to receive vocational training in one of the many courses at the college.
The rugby scheme will begin in September under the supervision of Phil Maynard, Pertemps Bees' director of rugby. Thirty-two youngsters have already been signed up and more will follow following a series of trials to be held in the coming weeks.
"The appointment of Alan Birks to the board is a significant development for the club," Maynard said. "He's very much a people person and a steadying hand.
"He's been involved with the club for the past year and he's been a key figure in establishing what is a pioneering sports academy invlving three clubs from different professional sports.
"He's got some very exciting ideas on how we can increase our support base and shown a lot of genuine foresight about the way we can develop.
"He's got excellent contacts both in the West Midlands and nationally, he's a well-respected figure in the field of education and he will bring tremendous business expertise to the club."

Former Pertemps Bees captain Ed Orgee is leaving Sharmans Cross Road for a full-time contract with French club La Rochelle.
The 30-year-old lock had been offered a part-time contract with the Bees but has opted to return to full-time rugby five years after he left Worcester.
The former Bristol University and Moseley player, who has also captained the Barbarians, is due in La Rochelle a week on Sunday for a pre-training camp ahead of their season in the French equivalent of National One.
"I've signed a one-year contract with the option of a further year to follow," Orgee said. "I was offered a new contract by the Bees and I was tempted to stay. But I have always wanted to play abroad and this was too good an opportunity to miss.
"It was something that was on the cards a couple of months from the end of last season. La Rochelle were interested but I couldn't commit myself because I was having problems with my knee and I wasn't sure how it would stand up to full-time rugby"
"But I've had a couple of injections which have settled the knee down and done a lot of rehab work and it's fine now.
"I went over there a couple of weeks ago for a fitness test and I've got to go back for July 16 for a training camp.
"From what I can gather most of the squad are French which will be a test of my language skills. I speak enough French to get but another of the reasons for going out there is to try to become a fluent speaker."
Orgee arrived at Sharmans Cross Road in 2001 after a brief spell with Moseley and proved the most successful captain in the Bees' history, leading them to the semi-finals of the Powergen Cup two years ago, defeating Wasps in the quarter-finals, and securing fourth place in National One, their highest-ever league finish.
He lost the captaincy to Jim Jenner midway through last season when fitness concerns led to him losing his place for a time after Christmas, though he finished the season strongly.
Orgee's departure from the Bees comes just a week after veteran winger Nick Baxter, who followed him from Worcester, announced he was joining National Two club Stourbridge.
