Manchester City planning Spurs raid?

Manchester City are today being connected with a double January raid on White Hart Lane duo Michael Brown and Irish forward Robbie Keane, as Stuart Pearce looks to strengthen his squad.
The pair could be deemed declared surplus to requirements at Spurs. Keane has never been a regular feature under Martin Jol and Brown has never really cemented a first team place.
