French side Rennes are reportedly lining up a move for Tottenham's Erik Edman. Should spurs finalise their proposed deal for PSV Eindhoven ace Young-Pyo Lee, Edman could find himself surplus to requirements at White Hart Lane.
And the side from Brittany see him as the player to help stop their dreadful start to Le Championnat, a start that has seen them leak 16 goals in their opening 5 games.
Spurs are thought to be willing to let the Swede leave, providing they do indeed land Young-Pyo Lee.
