Davids and Coco will play in England next year

With West Ham, Middlesbrough and Spurs all being linked with a move for Edgar Davids, and Bolton and Everton, linked with a move for Francesco Coco, Inter Milan chief Marco Branca, has confirmed the pair will be playing in England next season: "There is no chance right now that their contracts will be rescinded."

"They need to play football regularly and now have to find a club who can offer them that possibility. They have many admirers in England."

It looks at the moment like a loan-deal for both players is favourite, Davids has fallen out in rather spectacular fashion with the Inter bosses and is unlikely to ever feature again.

The Italian press seem to favour West Ham for the move and Everton for Cocu.
