Liverpool two in, one on the way

Mark Gonzalez a 20-year-old Chilean international last night signed a year long loan deal for Liverpool joining them from relegated Spanish side Albacete. The deal could eventually see Gonzalez join Liverpool permanently for £4.9million. He will be joining Spanish goalkeeper Jose Reina who it is expected will finally confirm his 8 million pound move from Villarreal.

And finally making up the set in what has been a busy couple of days for Liverpool will be Boudewijn Zenden, who is expected for talks today after his contract at Middlesbrough ended last night.
