Lyon close in on Liverpool star

Lyon Chairman Jean-Michel Aulas, is seeking talks with Liverpool striker Milan Baros, but stated that an official bid is still yet to be made. Speaking to L'Equipe Aulas stated: ''We haven't made an offer to Liverpool yet.''

''We are waiting to see what Milan Baros wants to do. For the moment he is thinking about it.

''I want to go and see him this week. I will go to Prague with Gerard Houllier.

''When we make a decision, then we will act.''
