Diego Maradona Jr reveals Serie A offers

Having a famous dad can’t be bad, but when your Dad is the equivalent of a footballing God, you really have something to live up to. Diego Maradona Jr finds himself in that position. A midfielder just like his Dad, he claims he is now ready to make the step into top flight football, and has received many offeres including one from Serie A.

He had his own reality television series last year and that has given him a foot up, with him stating:

"With the reality show I have finished. It has been a beautiful experience, but for next year I will only dedicate myself to football.

"Many clubs are still involved in playoffs, so it is too soon to declare where I will be playing. But I have received offers, with one coming from a Serie A team."

So all that remains to be seen now is, will we ever see ‘the hand of the son of god’?
