Newcastle after Juventus starlet

Juventus midfielder Olivier Kapo has stated that he has received interest from Newcastle United as they look to rebuild their team following a disappointing campaign. Speaking to L’Équipe he stated:

“Newcastle want me, as well as Betis Seville. I am going to have to make a choice.”

“On the other hand Pavel Nedved has told me to fight on and stay with Juventus.”

He joined Juventus with a great reputation, but has as yet failed to truly settle, he is a player of undoubted talent, should he find the right club.

There could always be a possibility of a season long loan deal, with Juventus keen for him to get some experience, if that should prove to be the case, Newcastle will find themselves strongly placed, to land the player.
