PSG set to try for Newcastle, Birmingham target

Paris Saint Germain are launching a plan to attempt to lure Walter Pandiani away from the clutches of Birmingham and the waiting arms of Newcastle United in a planned summer swoop. Pandiani currently on loan with Birmingham is rumoured to be very much in Newcastle’s plans for the summer, but PSG, believe they can lure the player to France and are willing to pay the €5 million asking price to do so.

The player himself will have the final say over where he eventually moves, and claims to be currently happy in Birmingham, so the summer will tell.
