AC Milan enter race for van Bommel? Barcelona and Spurs target Mark van Bommel is set to become a summer target for AC Milan according to reports in the Italian papers. AC Milan chief Ariedo Braida has allegedly been in contact with the agent dealing with van Bommel, with regards to a summer switch to the San Siro.

Van Bommel will be leaving PSV in the summer on a free transfer and several top sides have already tried to court him, but AC Milan believe they can land the player and are willing to offer him a 3 year deal worth about two million pounds per year.
