Valencia confirm interest in Liverpool striker

Valencia have today confirmed that they want to take Milan Baros to Spain and they will make him their number one summer target. The player has been linked with a move to Valencia for weeks now, and it finally looks like that move will be likely. Valencia said director Eduardo Macia stated:

"We are looking at possible signings and we are interested in Baros”

And their coach Antonio Lopez, added: "Baros would bring force to our attack and make a great contribution to Valencia."

There is little doubting Baros’ talent but he does often seem out of place in the Premiership, it is thought it would take an offer of around 10 million to tempt Liverpool
