Veron fears that Chelsea will block Inter move

Juan Sebastian Veron spoke of his fear that a move to inter could be blocked by the Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich. Veron excepts that his time in England is at an end, and admits that he has hardly covered himself in glory while he has been here. He is desperate to return to Italy and Serie A, but is worried that Abramovich is ready to reject any offer from Inter Milan. His time at Chelsea has hardly been easy, what with injuries and the like making the 15 Million they paid to Manchester United look very good from a Manchester prespective.

"There is interest from Inter but I know that the owner of Chelsea does not want me to go," Veron said while speaking to Buenos Aires newspaper Ole.

"But if the offer is good, it would please me if it was analysed."

He went on to say of his time in England: "It has been good on a personal level although not so good on the sport side of things.

"I believe that my cycle in England is finished."
