Inter Milan return for Chelsea and Juve target.

Inter Milan are returning to Germany and Bayer Leverkusen in another attempt to land defender Lucio. Bayern have stated that Lucio would not be allowed to leave for anything less than 8 Million, which appeared to put off the likes of Chelsea and Juventus. Marco Branca has had Lucio watched and has indeed watched him personally on several occasions and has told Bayern that he is ready to hold talks when they are.
