AC Milan News: Hands off our players, Chelsea

AC Milan have told Chelsea in no uncertain terms that they will not get Stiker Andriy Shevchenko away from the San Siro, no matter how much they are prepared to pay. Reports in the British tabloids seamed to suggest that Chelsea were on the verge of an incredible 80 Million offer for the Striker, but Milan insist that he will be a Milan player no matter what Chelsea are prepared to bid.

"We are not a club that sells our best players," Ariedo Braida. "That obviously includes Shevchenko."

And the player himself has continually stressed that he is happy in Milan and has no desire to want to move, his contract of course ties him to Milan until 2006, so the Italain side are not in a rush to have to negotiate.
