Roberto Baggio wanted in Florence

The mayor of Florence has publicly acknowledged That he would like to see Roberto Baggio return to the club he once graced with such style. Leonardo Domenici said, "My dream is to help an attempt to bring back Roberto Baggio to Fiorentina."

While Bologna and an extension of his present contract are also alternatives currently being explored by Baggio, an emotional return could tempt the star. A chance to be hailed as a saviour would tempt, the much travelled Star.

Fiorentina have of course witnessed trouble times of late with its spectauclar fall from grace. A city like Florence deserves Seria A football, lets hope for a positive outcome.
