Richard Sadlier's late equaliser appeared to be offside and Ternent blasted: "This was not a fair result. We should have won because their goal was offside.

"If they want to fine me for saying this I'm not paying. This referee did the same thing to us against Crystal Palace earlier in the season.

"Something has to be done as there was a season's worth of work at stake here. It was without a doubt the worst refereeing performance I've seen this season."

"If that's the best this ref can offer he should be refereeing on Hackney Marshes."
