Healey's loan spell ended terribly seeing his temporary side beaten by Ipswich , but he has enjoyed every minute of it and relished first team football.

He is reported to be very keen on a permanent move to Norwich , but this was put into the buffers with Preston boss Craig Brown refusing an approach from Nigel Worthington.

Healey only scored once in five apperances for The Canaries but was hugely impressive in all games , Nigel Worthington stated "We're still trying to make something happen. It's an ongoing situation."
