Bradford midfielder Tom Kearney is nearing a return to action , the player was set for being out for the season but has worked hard and is back in training to give the Bantams a massive boost. Kearney picked up a crutiate knee ligament injury back in August, but to the delight of everybody at Valley Parade he is back in training doing light ball work , and has is fingers crossed in figuring for the Yorkshire side before the end of the season.

Speaking to the local rag the Telegraph and Argus Bantams boss Nicky Laws said " "Tom's been out so long that it will be just like signing a new player."

"It's great to see Tom starting back on the training ground."

"He's doing some very light ball work and hopefully he'll be all right to make an appearance before the season is over."
