Jimmy Gilligan has been appionted Academy Technical Director at Wimbledon. Former Forest reserve team manager Jimmy Gilligan has been appionted Academy Technical Director at Selhurst Park.

Gilligan will see day to day running in breeding the new generation of Wimbledon player to take them into a new era in Milton Keynes next season.

Wimbledon boss Stuart Murdoch worked together with Gilligan at Watford , where gilligan was an apprentice with Murdoch.

Jobi Mcanuff was a Academy star and Gilligan with try and unearth fresh talent the likes of Jobi Mcanuff.
