Norwich boss Nigel Worthington wants on loan Preston forward on a permanent deal at Carrow Road. David Healy is a wanted man as Nigel Worthington is after his services , but Preston boss Craig Brown earlier today stated Healy is not going anywhere.

Healy's loan is almost up and has impressed all at Carrow Road and Worthington wants him bigtime.

Nigel Worthington speaking to the official Canaries website said "David's come in here and impressed us. He's a very clever footballer."

"Myself (Worthington) the chief executive and the player's agent have sat down and put something together to offer Preston. We're trying to get the lad here on a permanent basis."
