Sheff Utd's assistant boss Kevin Blackwell has commited his future to the Blades with signing a new deal until 2006. Kevin Blackwell has delighted Sheff Utd by signing a new contract commiting him to Bramall Lane until 2006.

He has followed boss Neil Warnock's lead by commiting his future to promotion seeking Utd.

Blades boss Neil Warnock told the official club website "I'm delighted that Kevin has committed himself for two more years, like myself. Whilst we feel that the club is doing well at the moment, there is still so much more to come from this group of players.

"We both believe that we can take the club a lot further - hence our commitment to the cause." Warnock added
