Middlesborough insist that they have no intention of making a move for Derby's Craig Burley. Middlesborough have quashed reports that they were set to make a bid for Derby midfielder Craig Burley.

The center midfielder has just comeback from a bad injury and has settled nicely into first team routines at Pride Park.

But the on going Christie & Riggott saga well continues with Mclaren saying on Monday "We're still in negotiations with Derby and it's very close. I expect to know something soon.
