Leicester have been denied signing Brian Hughes due to a transfer embargo on the club.
Leicester boss Micky Adams has been denied loaning Brian Hughes and any other player due to restrictions set by the Football League ,the club are still in administration and due to that the League have put a transfer embargo on the club.
The embargo will not be lifted until the club are officially brought out which could be next month.
Manager Micky Adams speaking to the Foxes website said "I naturally assumed that, as we could loan players out as we have been doing, that we could take them in on the same basis.
"I had worked out loans for three of our fringe players and the saving of wages would have covered the new man coming in from the financial point of view." Adams also stated
