Nottm Forest Fan Kevin Bethell Previews Tonight's City Ground Clash Between Nottm Forest And Brighton.
High flying Nottingham Forest take on resurgent Brighton tonight at The City Ground looking to put behind them Saturdays heart-breaking defeat at Wolves firmly behind them.
The home side look set to be unchanged for a 6th successive game despite injury and illness fears over David Johnson and Mathieu Louis-Jean. Johnson seemed to pull up at the weekend with a hamstring injury and French full-back Louis-Jean has been suffering with appendicitis.
The visitors have several injury worries as they attempt to haul themselves off the bottom of the table for the first time since September. Star striker Bobby Zamora and veteran Paul Kitson are doubtful, while loan star Graham Barrett has returned to Arsenal for treatment on a pulled hamstring.
With the game a complete sell out Reds manager Paul Hart is confident his side can bounce back: "If we play like we did on Saturday I know we'll win the game, I didn't see losing to Wolves as a blow and I'm still of that opinion, we played very well against one of the strongest teams in the division and were very unfortunate not to come away with something".
Brighton boss Steve Coppell is looking for a positive performance from his side: "I don't mind getting beaten as long as we have a go, I dislike teams that go somewhere looking for a draw and come away with their tails between their legs having not expressed themselves" said the former Crystal Palace and Brentford boss.
