Derby striker Fabrizio Ravenelli has been told he could be out of action for 3 months sparking rumours that he's finished at Derby County. Ravenelli's injury could spell the end of his Derby career , Ravenelli's contract is up at the end of the season and with him being out for 3 months and on £40,000 a week Derby might act quickly to get the hitman off the wage bill.

John Gregory said "Three months is going to take us into February and possibly March. We could get him back in January but it's so much up in the air."
"If there's no chance of Fab ever coming back to play it will be a lost cause so something may be done within the next four or five weeks." added the Rams boss
