Paul Dickov will miss the Scottish International against Portugal this week , it's a bitter blow for the striker as he was trying to stake a claim for a fulltime jersey. The small Leicester hit man limped out of Leicester weekend draw against Millwall and missed the get together on the Sunday.

It's a big blow for Dickov who was trying to stake a claim to one of the many vacant Scottish places at present.

With seven goals already this season the Scottish manager Berti Vogts was very interested to have him back in the party but with this injury thats not an option.
