Burnley got a nice piece of news today in the form of Marlon Beresford extending his current contract at Turf Moor. Marlon Beresford current contract expired last weekend and today Stan Ternant extended the former Middlesbrough players contract by another month.

Beresford has been on loan at Burnley for 3 months , with goalkeepers hard to come by of late Ternant was glad to retain the services of him and he's still hoping it can be long term with negoiations still ongoing.

Nottm Forest defender Eugene Bopp will undergo surgery on a persitant knee injury.

Bopp hopefully won't be out for long possibly a week or two.
