Leeds go into Tuesday’s game with confidence high following Saturdays win. It’s unlikely boss Kevin Blackwell will make too many changes, but he will have one or two decisions to make. 16 year old Simon Walton limped off with a slight hamstring strain, and Blackwell will monitor the youngster ahead of the clash. The problem may be selecting someone to replace him. Matthew Spring is unlikely to be fit in time, and two games in 3 days may be a bit much for Lucas Radebe, who replaced Walton on Saturday. Blackwell may be forced to include either Craig Hignett or Chris Bart-Williams, both of who are effectively on trial. He will also be looking at new signing Stephen Crainey, and the left back may take the place of youngster Matthew Kilgallon. Killer did a steady job against Derby, but is naturally a centre back. Blackwell must decide if Crainey is ready to slot in, as he will have only trained a couple fo times with his new team mates. The The rest of the team should remain the same, but KB will be assessing the fitness of the players today. The temperature on Saturday was around the 100% mark, and the boss will need to ensure his players are up to the battle.
