Thompson appeal result

Leeds midfielder Alan Thompson has had his red card against Southampton cancelled on appeal. Although it means we get the midfielder back for the remaining two games of the season, it shows what a farcical decision it was to send hiom off in the first place. There is every chance that the sending off cost us at least a point, possibly 3, and come the end of the season, those lost points are likely to be the difference between safety and relegation.
