Majestic Performance At The Madjeski

CCFC visited the Pardew-free zone that is the Madjeski Stadium, and goals from Dele Adebola and Andy Morrell saw CCFC deservedly record their first away victory of the season against one of the better teams in D1. Following the hammering at the hands of Preston, Mansouri and Shaw replaced McAllister and Whing, while Morrell replaced Barrett. Interestingly, the last time Gary McAllister dropped himself, when CCFC visited Grimsby in March, CCFC won that game too! [Note to Mr. McAllister....]

Dele Adebola, it seems, is either awesome or awful, and thankfully he chose this particular day to be the former. He crashed a shot against the bar after 19 minutes (With Doyle missing the chance to score the fairly simple rebound), and levelled Nicky Forster's opener (Scored after CCFC's offside trap failed once again) after 34 minutes.

CCFC missed chances to take the lead either side of half-time, but scored what turned out to be a deserved winner with 15 minutes remaining, when Andy Morrell finished off a sweet passing move from CCFC.
