Following the decision to release Chris Hussey*, CCFC have brought in one of their better loan signings in recent years to properly replace him, Blair Adams.

One CCFC supporter** stated: "Getting rid of Chris Hussey and replacing him with Blair Adams is liking dumping Sarah Jessica-Parker and pulling Holly Willoughby".

Adams has left Sunderland, where he failed to make his competitive debut, with the promising left-back signing a two-and-a-half year contract. Further evidence that the current SISU have an idea how to run a football club (Hats off to them for that!).

* Lots of rumours about attitude problems, probably unfounded (That should cover me!).

** I confess, it was me....
