Robins Means Business!

A mere two days into the job, and Mark Robins is already making changes!

In comes a new first team coach, Steve Taylor, who has previously worked with Robins at Rotherham and Barnsley.

On the playing side, like most Coventry City supporters, Robins has identified left-back as a problem, bringing in Jamie Reckord from Wolves on a three-month loan.

Also coming in for three months is Arsenal midfielder Conor Henderson (We obviously liked the last Henderson so much we decided to bring in another one), while former Leicester midfielder Franck Moussa has signed on a short-term contract.

Sadly, as of yet, there is no replacement keeper for Joe Murphy.

In other positive news, SISU have reportedly struck a deal to buy half of the Ricoh Arena from the Alan Edward Higgs Trust. Seemingly, only Coventry Council can mess this deal up …. and there we find the negative.
