King was given the opportunity to increase the lead, but a bad miss denied the away side a 2-0 lead. It was easier to score, and proved costly. 

Ricardo did make a decent save from Jutkiewicz, and, from the resulting corner, Keogh (Yet to score for Coventry City) hit the bar for the visitors. 

A Westwood challenge on Yakubu could have resulted in a penalty and a red card in the 34th minute, though thankfully the referee correctly called it as a decent challenge. Westwood also made a quality save from the same player a minute later. 

Coventry could also have had a penalty had Jutkiewicz been slightly more dis-honest, but he opted to stay on his feet after a challenge in the area. 

A minute before half-time, the on-loan Kyle Naughton scored what some claimed was a decent equaliser, but, as with most goals Coventry City concede, it was also very avoidable. 

King missed another decent chance in the second half after being set up by David Bell, and, with the game looking as if it was fizzling out to a draw, Van Aanholt blazed an effort over the Coventry bar (And also came in for criticism from home supporters). 

With only minutes left, and with Leicester having found it all too easy to get past O'Halloran throughout (With said player on a yellow card and in danger of seeing another, so withdrawn by Boothroyd), the man who dropped back to replace him, Cranie, received his second yellow card, and was sent off. 

Dyer missed an easy chance to win the match for Leicester with virtually the last move of the match, as a quality pass flew across the Coventry six yard box. 

With the finishing line for the season in site, Coventry City now occupy the position a fair few supporters predicted at the start of the season: 17th.
